1 Billion Followers Summit Announces Training and Mentorship Programmes for Global Content Creator Competition
The 1 Billion Followers Summit, the world’s first and largest event dedicated to the content creator economy, has unveiled a training programme and mentorship initiative for the groundbreaking 1 Billion Pitches competition.
Organized by the New Media Academy, the Summit will take place from January 11–13, 2025, aiming to revolutionize the digital media landscape.
The 1 Billion Pitches competition provides shortlisted startups and entrepreneurs with a unique platform to pitch their content-focused projects to a panel of global experts and investors, with the goal of securing funding. To prepare participants, the Summit has introduced a December virtual training programme led by industry leaders, covering Strategy, Product, Growth, and Fundraising. Each track includes in-depth lectures designed to hone skills and prepare startups for investment rounds.
Complementing this, a mentorship programme will run during the Summit in collaboration with BeyondCapital, a leading venture capital firm. Through face-to-face guidance, startup teams will receive invaluable advice on market adaptation, financial planning, and revenue development.
