4th Edition of World of Coffee 2025 Dubai Exhibition Kicks Off
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, visited the fourth edition of the World of Coffee 2025 Dubai exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The event, running until February 12, is the region’s largest coffee industry exhibition, featuring exhibitors from 78 countries.
Organized by DXB Live in collaboration with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), the exhibition provides a platform for farmers, traders, and producers to forge business deals and partnerships. Sheikh Mohammed highlighted Dubai’s role in supporting small and micro enterprises in the coffee sector and reinforcing the emirate’s position as a global economic hub.
Accompanied by Helal Saeed Al Marri, Director-General of Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, Sheikh Mohammed toured various pavilions showcasing advanced coffee processing and preparation technologies. Khalid Al Hammadi, Executive Vice President of DXB Live, briefed His Highness on the exhibition’s growth, noting a 50% increase in exhibitors compared to the previous edition, with 1,980 companies and brands participating. To meet rising demand, the exhibition space has been expanded by 33%.
The event features 10 national pavilions, including first-time participants Morocco and Mexico, alongside returning countries such as Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Rwanda, and India, which has tripled its pavilion size. The exhibition underscores Dubai’s status as a global coffee trade hub, aligning with the region’s projected market growth at a compound annual rate of 4.84% through 2030.
With Dubai’s expanding hospitality sector and increasing number of cafes, the emirate continues to drive the growth of the coffee industry, reinforcing its position as a leading player in international trade and tourism.
