Dubai International Financial Centre:
Exciting changes are underway at the Gate Avenue mall in Dubai's prominent financial center district, DIFC. As part of a zone system reconfiguration, several shops have either been closed or relocated. Additionally, the primary parking area outside Zone B has recently been closed, with hoardings displaying signage for Eden House by H&H Development. Eden House, a residential complex situated just off Sheikh Zayed Road, is home to the renowned Michelin-star restaurant Moonrise.
According to mall management, these new developments aim to enhance the existing strong offerings of the mall and provide a diverse range of commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential spaces. Stretching over 880 meters from the Gate Building to Central Park Towers, Gate Avenue has already established itself as a popular destination for art, shopping, and children's activities. The forthcoming changes are expected to further enhance the appeal of the mall.

Nestled in the bustling commercial hub of Deira, the Deira Enrichment Project (DEP) has emerged as a vibrant development along the lively waterfront, accommodating a blend of retail stores, hotels, apartments, and offices.
The DEP aims to breathe new life into the district by creating interconnected plazas that offer a mix of functional spaces, all while preserving the unique charm and cultural heritage of Deira. With the inclusion of cafes, a play area, and an abundance of gold shops, the DEP is reshaping the landscape of Deira, reinvigorating the area with a fresh and dynamic ambiance.
La Mer
Dubai's beloved beach spot, La Mer South, is undergoing a transformative journey as it is being demolished and reimagined into an exquisite beach resort destination called J1 Beach. This pioneering project aims to offer visitors an unparalleled experience in the heart of Jumeirah, Dubai, with stunning views of the sea, an array of premium dining options, and a range of high-end amenities.
For the convenience of those arriving by car, valet services and ample parking spaces will be available. Alternatively, guests will have the opportunity to arrive by sea, welcomed by a picturesque waterfront reception. As part of this exciting development, several renowned international restaurants will make their grand entrance.
During the construction phase, the area will be temporarily closed, but it is expected to reopen to the public by the end of 2023, showcasing its magnificent transformation and providing a truly exceptional beach experience.
The Pointe
In May of this year, an announcement was made regarding the redevelopment of the Pointe on Palm Jumeirah, transforming it into a diverse district with various uses. This waterfront region, which housed numerous restaurants, shops, and the world's largest fountain, served as a favored spot for both residents and tourists to enjoy their evenings.
As part of the redevelopment plans by Nakheel, the retail establishments in the area have been given a one-year notice to vacate and find alternative locations. The Pointe was renowned for its tranquil atmosphere, boasting expansive open spaces, stunning views of the crystal-clear blue water, and an array of kiosks and restaurants.
