AI Office partners with WSBF to launch 'Chief Future Officer' forum on May 4

The Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications Office, in collaboration with World Sustainable Business Forum (WSBF), will launch the "Chief Future Officer" forum tomorrow, 4th May 2023, at the Museum of the Future, which will focus on digital transformation and trade in the new world economy.

The strategic pivotal global forum will facilitate collaboration and gathering of high-level UAE government officials, decision-makers, private sector leaders and pioneers who are determined to imagine, design, create and reshape the sustainable future of technology and trade across sectors in the new world economy.

The forum will be attended by over 20 Ambassadors in the UAE, Artificial Intelligence (AI) leaders, including Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), G42 and Presight.ai are the strategic partners for the launch of the forum. Global companies’ leaders, representing Microsoft and Dell among others driving digital transformation in the will also join the discussions.

The forum will also feature CEOs of AeroFarms and the largest business groups in the U.A.E. like Majid Al Futtaim. The heads of the world recycling federations from Europe, UK and US will also speak at the forum and launch a first-of-its-kind global circular economy and Sustainability initiative pivoted by WSBF aiming to empower the global trade of recyclables – a US$1.3 trillion industry (economic impact), saving over a billion tonnes of CO2 emissions every year (environmental impact) and employing millions (Social impact). This initiative is being launched at an opportune time when the UAE is set to host COP 28 later this year and 2023 is declared as the Year of Sustainability.
