Bedayat Partners with Hamdan Innovation Incubator to Launch Emirati Tech Founder Programme

Bedayat Business Incubator, located in The Sustainable City – Dubai, has joined forces with the Hamdan Innovation Incubator (Hi2), a Dubai SME initiative under the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, to launch the Emirati Tech Founder Programme.

This accelerator aims to empower Emirati tech entrepreneurs by providing the resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed to transform innovative ideas into impactful businesses.

The programme emphasizes sustainable solutions addressing social, environmental, and economic challenges. Launched at the SEE Institute, the region’s first net-zero emissions building, the initiative underscores its commitment to sustainability and innovation, reflecting Dubai’s vision for a sustainable future.

Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Dubai SME, highlighted the programme’s alignment with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, stating,

“Focusing on nurturing Emirati tech entrepreneurs diversifies our economy while building the next generation of leaders who will drive technological advancements.”

The initiative supports Dubai’s ambition to be a global hub for business and innovation.

Faris Saeed, Founder and Chairman of SEE Institute, emphasized the importance of merging technology with sustainable practices, adding,

“Our incubator at Bedayat offers startups access to a vibrant ecosystem where they can test their solutions within The Sustainable City’s living lab.”

The eight-week accelerator provides workshops, mentorship, and access to collaborative spaces, enabling participants to develop, test, and scale their solutions. Bedayat’s role as a certified incubator ensures startups receive the guidance and investment opportunities needed to succeed in a competitive market while contributing to Dubai’s sustainable development goals.
