Brand Dubai Unveils Sixth Edition of ‘Ramadan Recipes Guide’ with 40 Unique Dishes from Renowned Chefs

Dubai has launched the sixth edition of the ‘Ramadan Recipes Guide,’ a vibrant collection of 40 original recipes curated in collaboration with celebrated chefs, cafes, and restaurants from the city.

The digital guide, part of the #RamadaninDubai campaign, invites food lovers to explore a dynamic fusion of traditional and modern dishes, offering innovative takes on cherished Ramadan classics.

Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, expressed appreciation for the participating chefs and eateries, emphasizing their vital role in showcasing Dubai’s diverse culinary scene.

“This guide celebrates the achievements of 10 exceptional restaurants and cafes from our ‘Proudly from Dubai’ network and 10 renowned chefs,”

she said. Al Suwaidi also highlighted the participation of four Emirati chefs, whose culinary expertise has won the trust of local communities.

This edition features chefs like Faisal Naser, Mohammed Essa, Sultan Kayed, and Abdulaziz Ahmed, alongside internationally recognized talents such as Yara Ali El Masry and Ali Yazdi. The participating eateries, including The Lighthouse, Be Coffee, and Mamafri, present a delightful mix of global flavors perfect for both Iftar and Suhoor.

Khawla Al Hashmi, a member of the organizing committee of #RamadaninDubai, lauded the guide's diversity, showcasing exceptional dishes influenced by global cuisines and the spirit of Ramadan. With step-by-step recipes for appetizers, main courses, and desserts, the guide offers an accessible way for families to enjoy innovative meals throughout the holy month.
