DGHR Partners with SHL to Elevate HR Capabilities in Dubai Government

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SHL to bolster the skills of HR professionals across Dubai government entities.

The partnership aims to enhance talent management capabilities in alignment with global best practices.

The collaboration is part of DGHR’s ongoing initiative to improve government workforce performance, supporting the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. This strategic move reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation and a sustainable economy. It also aligns with the UAE’s national strategy for attracting and retaining top talent, strengthening the knowledge-based economy.

H.E. Muna Buhumaid, CEO of Future Resources Sector at DGHR, highlighted the significance of the partnership:
