Dubai Chambers Highlights UAE’s Global Partnerships and AI Growth at WGS

Dubai Chambers reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to strengthening its international relations with key partners such as the United States and the United Kingdom while expanding its presence in Latin America and Africa.

The move aligns with the nation’s strategy to foster a supportive business environment that attracts investments and drives sustainable economic growth.

Omar Khan, Head of the Centre for Business Studies and Research at Dubai Chambers, emphasized the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in transforming industries. He highlighted AI’s increasing adoption in the UAE’s private sector, with usage rising from 7% to 21% in just three years. The trend is expected to continue until AI becomes fully integrated across key industries.

Khan underscored AI’s pivotal role in advancing logistics, industry, and re-export, positioning it as one of the UAE’s strongest tools for the next decade. He further noted the country’s proactive approach in adapting to global economic shifts by leveraging AI to drive innovation and efficiency, particularly in the healthcare sector.

In addition to technological advancements, the UAE continues to expand its global outreach with 35 offices worldwide, facilitating international partnerships and investment opportunities. The nation’s emphasis on AI and economic diplomacy reflects its long-term vision of remaining a leader in innovation and global trade.
