Dubai Chambers Hosts Service Excellence Seminar to Boost Customer Experience

Dubai Chambers recently hosted the Service Excellence Seminar, a two-day event aimed at empowering private sector companies to enhance customer experience and adopt global best practices.

The seminar, held at Dubai Chambers’ headquarters, explored emerging trends in service quality standards across various business sectors.

As part of the Service Excellence Programme launched last year, the seminar featured interactive workshops and panel discussions with local and international experts. Participants gained insights into innovations such as conversational artificial intelligence, omnichannel approaches, and practical frameworks for building a customer-focused corporate culture. The agenda also highlighted the future of contact centres, customer experience measurement methods, and strategies to address excellence in service delivery.

A key component of the Service Excellence Programme is the evaluation of customer experiences through mystery shopper reports. During the first half of 2024, Dubai Chambers issued 3,934 reports to participating companies, providing insights into strengths and areas for improvement. Companies receive quarterly evaluations that assess criteria such as branch appearance, employee performance, service delivery, and digital engagement, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Targeted at sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare, and digital services, the programme aims to promote exceptional customer service and innovation. By embracing these practices, Dubai’s private sector is poised to lead in delivering integrated and customer-centric experiences.
