In the context of digital transformation, Bin Tameem highlighted that a 100% rate was achieved in the adoption of reconciliation agreements via the digital signature of all disputing parties. This has significantly contributed to the facilitation and acceleration of the settlement process, achieving greater efficiency in dispute management. It also provides a secure and reliable means to confirm the agreement of the disputing parties on the terms of the agreement and its legal documentation.
