Dubai Establishes Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Forum as Annual Event
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has directed that the Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Forum be held annually.
This decision follows the success of the inaugural forum, attended by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.
Organised by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, the second edition of the Forum is scheduled for 24th-25th September 2025. It will convene Dubai's leadership and global experts to advance the emirate’s vision for leadership and future planning.
Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the Forum’s role in fostering a new generation of leaders who can transform challenges into opportunities, guided by the Mohammed Bin Rashid leadership model.
"The Forum serves as a strategic platform, shaping Dubai’s future directions by promoting leadership practices rooted in Sheikh Mohammed’s ambitious vision,"
he stated, underscoring its significance for Dubai’s strategic foresight.
Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Chairman of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, noted that the event embodies Sheikh Mohammed’s philosophy of proactive leadership and strategic thinking, prioritizing comprehensive development and citizen welfare.
Al Gergawi highlighted that the annual forum will be pivotal for developing strategies aligned with Dubai’s global leadership aspirations.
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre has trained over 850 Emirati leaders, including senior government officials, through partnerships with 300 experts and 55 universities. The Forum will include workshops, lectures, and discussions with international experts, equipping participants with essential skills to navigate future challenges effectively.
