Dubai's real estate market records AED6.7 billion in weeklong transactions
A total of 2,401 real estate transactions worth AED6.7 billion were conducted during the week ending 23rdth September, 2022, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department.
A total of 243 plots were sold for AED1.29 billion, and 1,659 apartments and villas were purchased for AED3.51 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Burj Khalifa sold for AED100 million, a land sold for AED50 million in Al Barsha South Fourth, and a land sold for AED48 million in Umm Suqeim area in Dubai.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 102 sales transactions worth AED246.53 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 37 sales transactions worth AED162.11 million, and Al Yufrah 2 with 20 sales transactions worth AED24 million.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week reached 930.7 million, while 119 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED286 million.
