Emirates Launches Experiential Travel Store in Karachi
Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has unveiled its first experiential Travel Store in West Asia, located in Karachi's prestigious Sky Tower on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue, Clifton. This 183-square-meter retail space merges immersive technology with personalized travel services, showcasing Emirates' commitment to enhancing customer engagement.
The store was inaugurated by Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Emirates’ Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations in West Asia and the Indian Ocean, alongside dignitaries including UAE Ambassador to Pakistan, His Excellency Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, and Consul General His Excellency Bakheet Ateeq Al-Rumaithi. The event highlighted the enduring relationship between the UAE and Pakistan, further strengthened by Emirates’ extensive operations in the country.
The Emirates Travel Store offers travelers the opportunity to explore the airline's inflight products, network destinations, and loyalty program benefits. Customers can utilize self-service kiosks, browse exclusive Emirates-branded merchandise, and take selfies against backdrops of popular Emirates destinations. Personalized assistance is also available for flight bookings, ticket management, and travel planning, supported by trained staff and travel consultants.
Essa Sulaiman Ahmad emphasized that Karachi, one of Emirates’ original destinations since its launch in 1985, was chosen to host this innovative retail concept as a testament to the airline’s commitment to Pakistan. The store's blend of cutting-edge technology and tailored customer service marks a new milestone in Emirates’ 30-year history in the region, setting benchmarks for excellence in customer experience and service delivery.
