FAHR Announces Official Working Hours for Federal Employees During Ramadan
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has announced the official working hours for ministries and federal authorities during the Holy Month of Ramadan 1446 Hijri.
According to the circular issued by FAHR, the official working hours will be from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays.
FAHR also emphasized that federal authorities have the flexibility to implement remote work or flexible schedules based on their operational needs, as long as they adhere to the approved daily working hours.
In line with this, up to 70 percent of federal employees will be permitted to work remotely on Fridays during Ramadan, following the approved guidelines.
On this occasion, FAHR extended warm greetings to the UAE’s leadership, government, citizens, residents, and the Arab and Islamic world, wishing them a blessed and peaceful Ramadan.
