GCAA Shines at 2025 Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards with Seven Prestigious Wins
The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has achieved remarkable success at the 2025 Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards, securing seven awards, including four Gold and three Silver, a testament to its dedication to excellence in the aviation sector.
This year’s competition saw over 1,100 entries from various industries, highlighting the GCAA's strong presence and leadership. The Gold Awards recognized GCAA for its outstanding achievements, with Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi named Most Innovative Sustainability Leader of the Year and the GCAA receiving accolades in categories such as Innovative Management in Government (100+ Employees), Innovation in Media Relations, and Most Innovative Technology Team of the Year.
Silver Awards were also a key part of the GCAA's recognition, with Al Suwaidi again honored as Thought Leader of the Year. Other Silver wins include Most Innovative Corporate Sustainability Programme and Outstanding Individual Contribution to Sustainability, awarded to Maryam Al Balooshi.
These awards further solidify the GCAA’s role as a leading force in aviation, innovation, and sustainability in the region. The recognition reinforces its ongoing commitment to shaping the future of aviation while promoting sustainable practices.
