GDRFA Launches 7th Edition of Creative Care Diploma 2024 for Employees
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has officially launched the 7th edition of its Creative Care Diploma 2024, aimed at empowering 45 employees who successfully completed the creative personality analysis test.
This initiative, developed in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Police and a group of university students, seeks to enhance participants' skills and prepare them for leading innovative initiatives.
Structured in three phases—qualification, establishment, and projects—the program reflects GDRFA’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of innovation within its workforce.
Brigadier General Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Sector, emphasized that this diploma equips participants with essential tools to develop innovative solutions that contribute to sustainable development, further reinforcing the UAE's reputation as a leader in innovation.
“This year’s edition has been expanded to include federal institutions, broadening the potential for greater achievements and new projects that promote innovation across the country,”
noted Brigadier Sulaiman.
The program comprises both theoretical and practical training over a month, covering topics such as future foresight, creative and critical thinking, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence. Guided by specialized experts and academics, participants will engage in an enriching learning experience.
The final phase of the diploma, running through December, focuses on enabling participants to transform innovative ideas into actionable models through research, experimentation, and development. The ultimate goal is to cultivate a positive, creative team capable of crafting innovative solutions and preparing studies for future project launches.
