Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation Launches Book on Educational Innovation

The Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences has announced the release of its latest publication, Advanced Education: Innovation in Teaching, Leadership, Technology, and Assessment, to mark World Teachers' Day on October 5.

Authored by a distinguished group of academics, the book targets teachers, educational leaders, policymakers, and students, offering insights into peer evaluation, active learning, educational governance, and technology integration. It also features specialized research on assessment, positioning itself as a comprehensive guide to modern educational practices.

The launch event, attended by senior officials, educators, and media representatives, highlighted the foundation's commitment to advancing the educational sector. Dr. Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Secretary-General and CEO of the foundation, emphasized that the book aligns with the foundation’s strategic goals to foster a knowledge-based culture.

Dr. Al Suwaidi also commended the contributing authors, including Dr. Asmaa Khalil Abdullah, Dr. Ahmed Al Kaabi, and Dr. Rashid Al Riyaami, for their professionalism and dedication. He explained that the book is divided into four sections, each focusing on innovative teaching, leadership, assessment, and technology integration.

The book is available for download on the foundation's website and serves as a practical resource for educators looking to implement innovative methods in their teaching environments.

The event also featured a presentation by the authors, who discussed the book’s objectives, methodology, and areas of benefit.
