Iconic Dubai Gold Souk Brings Sky Art to All
- 7 artists from different part of the world are exhibiting their artwork at the iconic Gold Souk
- Open air art exhibition, inspired from Dubai Art season
In line with the pioneering vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to transform Dubai in to city of art and artists, Dubai Gold & Jewellery Group in association with the Dubai Police and artist F.man took a step to transform his vision in to action, converting the iconic Gold Souk in to an open-air museum. The exhibition will continue till 25th April 2021.
After F.man painted ‘the Transformation Wall’ 120 x 4 meter in Al Warqa, she was invited by Dubai Police to bring her light and vision on the Gold Souk, a historical part of Dubai, also the bustling trading core of Gold, Jewellery, Diamonds and one of the most important gold and diamond centers worldwide.
This is the first exhibition in this epic heritage center. Curated by F.man, 7 Artist from all over the world all based in Dubai. Mariam Ketait from UAE, Fatima Nadia Rehman from Pakistan, Sheikha Salem Al Khayal from UAE, Erik Van der Schaft from The Netherlands, José Toledo Carballo from Mexico, Sylvain Trambley from Canada and F.man from Belgium are all creating other dimensions that open our minds to other possibilities. Between 25 and 30 Artworks will be floating above the heads of all the shoppers so that they get the possibility to dream away and sit down from their intense world.
