MBRSC and Society of Engineers - UAE Forge Collaboration to Advance Engineering Initiatives
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Society of Engineers - UAE, marking a significant step towards fostering collaboration in engineering and community initiatives.
The MoU, signed at MBRSC’s headquarters in Dubai, was formalized in the presence of H.E. Salem Humaid AlMarri, Director General of MBRSC, and H.E. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali, President of the Board of Directors, Society of Engineers - UAE.
The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between engineers at MBRSC and the Society of Engineers - UAE, facilitating the exchange of experiences, research, and joint participation in community projects. It also includes showcasing MBRSC’s achievements globally through the Society of Engineers' esteemed publication, "World of Engineering" magazine, and promoting collaborative conferences and events.
H.E. Salem Humaid AlMarri expressed optimism about the partnership, highlighting its potential to broaden collaborative horizons and elevate MBRSC’s global visibility. He emphasized the importance of institutional cooperation in achieving shared objectives and advancing collective efforts in the engineering sector.
In response, H.E. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali praised the strategic alliance, noting its role in promoting innovation and technology within the UAE’s engineering landscape. He underscored the MoU’s potential to inspire young engineers and foster creativity across diverse engineering disciplines.
The visit concluded with H.E. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali touring MBRSC’s facilities, where he received updates on the Centre’s latest achievements and initiatives. The signing reaffirms both parties’ commitment to strengthening their partnership, driving continuous progress, and fostering strategic collaborations in engineering and technology across the UAE.
