Meydan Awards AED 1 Billion Contract to Ginco General Contracting for District One West Phase Two

Dubai Holding Real Estate's Meydan has awarded a contract worth over AED 1 billion to Ginco General Contracting LLC for the construction of Phase Two of District One West in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

The project marks the next stage in this exclusive gated community, renowned for its waterfront lifestyle on the iconic Crystal Lagoon.

Ginco General Contracting, with over 35 years of expertise in delivering luxury developments, will oversee the construction of four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas, along with supporting infrastructure. The project is expected to be completed in Q1 2028.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasized the development's significance, stating,
