RTA's Community Initiatives Benefit Over 5 Million People in 2023

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has carried out 50 community and volunteer initiatives, reaching over 5.235 million beneficiaries both within and outside the UAE in 2023.

These initiatives, which spanned various themes, including community development and national identity, were executed in collaboration with various establishments, associations, and entities that contributed to achieving the intended outcomes.

Rashed Abdulkarim Al Mulla, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication at RTA, highlights RTA’s alignment with its strategic plan 2024-2030, emphasizing values like tolerance and cooperation. RTA’s initiatives include the "1 Billion Meals Endowment," "Kiswat Khair," "Modes of Good," "Ramadan Aman," and "Ramadan Tent," benefitting millions. RTA extends support globally, providing school buses, classrooms, and wells to various countries. Special initiatives for People of Determination encompass sports, social awareness, and participation in events like the Dubai 2023 Grand Prix. RTA engages in volunteerism, cultural events like the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, and initiatives promoting reading.

Through diverse initiatives, RTA demonstrates its commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.
