Response Plus Holding Posts 24% Revenue Increase, Eyes Further Expansion in 2024
Response Plus Holding (RPM), the largest provider of pre-hospital care and emergency medical services in the UAE and KSA, has reported a 24% increase in revenue for the first half of 2024, reaching AED209.88 million.
The company also announced a net profit after tax of AED27.17 million, reflecting its strong market position and operational efficiency.
The company's total assets rose to AED351 million, with total equity at AED235.98 million. In recognition of its solid financial performance, the Board of Directors declared an interim cash dividend of AED15 million for shareholders.
CEO Dr. Rohil Raghavan highlighted the company’s commitment to excellence and growth, emphasising RPM’s plans to expand its services across various business verticals in pre-hospital and emergency care. He also mentioned that RPM is exploring strategic partnerships to enhance its presence in both existing and new markets.
In a significant move towards global expansion, RPM successfully acquired UK-based Prometheus Medical International in April 2024. This acquisition marks a pivotal step in RPM's strategy to broaden its international footprint.
Dr Raghavan expressed confidence in continued strong growth for the second half of 2024, driven by the company's strategic vision, its team's expertise, and its shareholders' support.
