Launched under the directives of H.H. Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, emphasized the government's commitment to equipping Emirati talent with the tools and skills necessary for shaping a digitally driven future. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of the EHRDC, highlighted the initiative as a testament to the UAE's dedication to bridging academia and industry for sustainable economic growth.

As part of the initiative, an MoU was signed to foster partnerships with technology leaders, including LinkedIn and SAS, alongside collaborations with universities such as the University of Dubai, Zayed University, and Higher Colleges of Technology. Targeting third and fourth-year students, the program offers mentorship, practical training, and exposure to industry leaders.
