UAE recognized for leveraging latest technologies & innovations in health services
The UAE is celebrating the International Day of Happiness, observed on March 20, with achievements and gains that enhance the happiness of the entire society, while pressing ahead towards achieving the best quality of life for all, stated Minister of Health and Prevention (MoHAP).
MoHAP said,
''This is pursuant to the vision of the wise leadership, which strongly believes that the happiness of individuals and society and stability of citizens and residents are the ultimate goal of the work of the UAE government. With that in mind, the UAE aspires to maintain its leading position among the happiest countries in the world and a favored destination for living and well-being,''
''As we mark the International Day of Happiness, the UAE is still strengthening its position in many global indicators in this regard. The country has maintained its first place among the Arab countries for the seventh consecutive year, according to World Happiness Report 2021, and is still maintaining its upward trend in the results of the happiness indicators.
''This clearly reflects the UAE government's commitment to promoting happiness as a way of life and governmental approach, making the UAE a world destination for happiness, in accordance with its aspirations for the next fifty years and the UAE Centennial 2071,''
''The ministry's strategy seeks to promote a culture of happiness and positivity among its, customers and society in general. To that end, the ministry is launching initiatives to spread happiness in an innovative concept based on international best practices, by promoting community health and leveraging the latest technologies and innovations in health services such as artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, block-chain and big data.
''The ministry also adopts the best practices and global administrative systems to meet the needs of customers, according to strategic indicators to raise the happiness rate of customers and enhance their wellbeing,''
