World of Coffee Dubai Returns Bigger Than Ever for Its Fourth Edition

The World of Coffee Dubai is set to return for its fourth edition from February 10-12, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, promising to be the biggest yet.

With a record-breaking 1,980 participating companies, including 131 newcomers, the exhibition marks a major expansion in the global coffee industry. The exhibition space has increased by a third, with exhibitor numbers up by 50%, and a 15% rise in participating brands.

This year’s event will host over 250 international companies from 78 countries and feature 10 national pavilions. Among the returning countries are Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Ethiopia, and India, which has tripled the size of its pavilion. Morocco and Mexico make their debut appearances. The Arab region is strongly represented, with 137 companies, including over 30 from Saudi Arabia, marking a six-fold increase from 2024.

The event underscores the growing significance of the MENA region in the global coffee market. The UAE alone saw 685 new coffee shop openings last year, with Saudi Arabia accounting for 46% of all outlets. The global coffee market is projected to grow at a steady rate of 4.84% annually until 2030, with specialty coffee driving this expansion.

Highlights of this year's edition include the Cupping Room, Brew Bar, and Roasters Village, alongside international lectures and hands-on workshops. The Rare Coffee Beans Auction, featuring some of the world’s most exclusive coffee, is expected to be a major draw. Competitions, including the national coffee championships and the Coffee Design Award, will celebrate innovation and creativity in the coffee industry.

Khalid Al Hammadi, Executive VP at DXB Live, highlighted the event’s role in fostering global industry connections, noting that it has become a crucial platform for networking and expanding market presence.
