1 Billion Followers Summit Announces Partnership with Yango Play for 2025 Edition in Dubai
The 1 Billion Followers Summit has revealed a new partnership with Yango Play, the leading AI-powered entertainment super app, for its highly anticipated third edition in Dubai, set for January 11-13, 2025.
Yango Play, which combines video streaming, music, and mini-games, joins an expanding list of partners for the world’s largest content creation summit.
This year’s summit, themed “Content for Good,” aims to unite industry leaders, creators, and brands to explore the future of digital content. The collaboration between the summit and Yango Play underscores their shared commitment to nurturing creativity and promoting purposeful content in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Alia Al Hammadi, CEO of the New Media Academy, emphasized that the partnership with Yango Play reflects the summit’s goal of expanding its network to drive global innovation in digital content creation.

The third edition will also introduce the One Billion Award, a US$1 million prize for creators whose content impacts communities positively, alongside the inaugural 1 Billion Pitches competition. This initiative will provide funding and investment opportunities to groundbreaking startups and ideas, further solidifying the summit’s role as a hub for creative excellence.
