The 1 Billion Followers Summit has announced the launch of dedicated platforms for content creation companies, marking a major expansion of its role in shaping the global creator economy.
The initiative will debut at the summit’s fourth edition, to be held from January 9 to 11, 2026, across Emirates Towers, Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Museum of the Future under the theme Content for Good.
Organised by the UAE Government Media Office and hosted by the United Arab Emirates, the summit is the world’s largest gathering focused on the content creation economy. The new platforms are designed to support startups and creator-led businesses, while offering emerging talent direct exposure to successful business models developed by leading influencers.

More than 70 exhibition booths will be available for small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the creator economy, including startups founded by influencers who have transitioned into entrepreneurship. Participating companies will showcase products, services, and ideas, with the aim of securing partnerships, attracting investment, and establishing a presence in the UAE. The Creators Market is powered by Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy.
Alia Al Hammadi, Vice Chairperson of the UAE Government Media Office and CEO of the summit, said the move reflects the event’s commitment to continuous development and its ambition to remain a global hub for the content creation economy. She noted that the platforms provide creators with practical tools to scale their businesses and encourage ambitious entrepreneurs to invest in a sector now valued at an estimated US$250 billion globally.
The platforms will also serve as a gateway for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and deal-making, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading destination for digital and creative industries.
