7X, the UAE’s leading trade, transport and logistics holding group, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Jordan Post to boost cooperation in postal services, bilateral agreements and digital transformation.

The agreement was formalised during a meeting between 7X and a Jordanian delegation led by Hanadi Al-Tayeb, Director-General of Jordan Post, on the sidelines of the 28th Universal Postal Congress in Dubai.

The partnership focuses on advancing postal systems through innovative digital solutions, including 7X’s Waslah Post, the world’s first digital marketplace aggregating postal operators. The platform provides national networks direct access to global mail and commercial flows, improving efficiency while lowering costs, with particular benefits for SMEs and local vendors seeking stronger participation in international e-commerce.

Tariq Ahmed Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, said the agreement underscores both nations’ commitment to modernising postal services and fostering global integration. He highlighted the role of digital innovation in shaping a connected and inclusive economy.

Al-Tayeb said Jordan Post views the collaboration as a step toward empowering merchants and entrepreneurs with advanced logistics and digital tools, while enhancing Jordan’s competitiveness in global markets.

The initiative reflects the UAE’s broader efforts to strengthen international partnerships and accelerate the development of integrated, sustainable postal and logistics networks that support the growth of the digital economy worldwide.
