The 8th edition of the Dubai International Baja, set to take place from 28 November to 1 December, will celebrate a 45-year legacy of motorsport excellence.
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the event is poised to be a thrilling conclusion to the 2024 motorsport season.
Organized by the Emirates Motorsport Organization (EMSO) and supported by the Dubai Sports Council and key local government entities, this prestigious event is a fixture in the global off-road racing calendar. It will serve as the final round of both the FIA World Baja Cup for cars and the FIM Bajas World Cup for bikes and quads, crowning the 2024 champions.
For the first time, the Dubai International Baja will feature a new prologue in the scenic Hatta mountains on 29 November, offering a unique and picturesque addition to the race. The prologue will be open to the public free of charge, giving fans a chance to witness the action up close.
“This year’s Baja promises an enriched experience with the Hatta prologue, showcasing Dubai’s diverse landscape to a global audience,”
said Mohammad Khamis Al Muhairi, Vice President of EMSO.
“The event continues to attract top athletes worldwide, and we are proud to crown the 2024 champions in Dubai.”
With official partners including Al-Futtaim Toyota and ENOC, and support from Dubai Government entities, the Dubai International Baja is more than just a race—it’s a celebration of community, heritage, and Dubai’s leadership in motorsport.
