Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organising Committee of ACRES Dubai, highlighted the exhibition's inaugural success as a testament to Dubai's thriving real estate market, solidifying its global investment appeal. He emphasized its role in introducing new investment avenues and fostering sector development, thereby amplifying investments.

During the event, a strategic partnership was forged between the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute (IEREI) and Arab MLS to enhance real estate education and skills.
