Danube Properties saw the most significant growth of all the UAE brands we follow in terms of Ad Awareness for the month of February.
The brand was followed by Mountain Dew at number two and Dubai Hills at number three, making them our top three Advertisers of the Month in the UAE.
The Ad Awareness question asks consumers if they have seen an advertisement for a brand in the previous two weeks, and the difference in scores (highest vs. lowest) for the month determines our Advertisers of the Month.
In January, real estate developer Danube Properties unveiled its largest real estate project, Viewz - a set of twin high-rise towers with a development value of Dh 1.4 billion. Launched with Jumeirah Lakes Towers, the property will feature Aston Martin furnished interior common areas and amenities. The brand also launched Danube Sports World, an indoor sports destination spanning an area of over 200,000 sq ft in February.
YouGov BrandIndex shows Danube Properties’ Ad Awareness metric rose by 7.3 percentage points from 18.4% on January 31 to 25.7% on February 19.
Mountain Dew ranked second on YouGov’s Advertiser of the Month list in the UAE. Earlier in the year, the brand launched a Pitch Black energy drink alongside a zero-sugar variant.
The brand saw a rise of 6.6 percentage points from 18.5% on February 4 to 25.1% on February 24.
Ranking third on our list is Dubai Hills.
It saw an increase of 6.3 percentage points in Ad Awareness from 14.6% on February 3 to 20.9% on February 25.
