Dubai is set to host the 8th edition of the International Conference on Quality in Education (ICEQ) from April 22-24, 2025, as part of Dubai AI Week.
Organized by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) – Dubai, the conference will focus on the theme: “AI Innovations: Future Foresight for Empowering Public Institutions and Enhancing Educational Quality.”
With more than 500 participants expected, the event will bring together AI leaders, education experts, researchers, and students from across the globe. The conference will take place across three days, with the first day held at Grand Hyatt Dubai and the following two at GDRFA headquarters in Al Jafiliya.
The conference aims to explore how AI can empower public institutions and revolutionize education, focusing on technologies that drive institutional efficiency and enhance smart learning. Over 200 research papers have been submitted, with the final agenda set to include keynote addresses, panel discussions, and specialized workshops led by top experts from government and academia.
Notable sessions include a keynote on AI’s role in digital-first curricula, a discussion on AI-enhanced education tools, and presentations on generative AI in government services and AI advancements on Google Cloud. Dell, Emaratech, Microsoft, and Google are among the event’s major sponsors and participants.
The conference also features student submissions, with over 40 AI projects already received. This initiative reflects Dubai’s commitment to advancing AI research and innovation, solidifying its role as a global leader in technological development and digital economy.
ICEQ 2025 promises to be a groundbreaking event that explores AI’s potential to transform education and public services for a smarter, more efficient future.
