Air Arabia launches a new City Check-in facility in Dubai

The new service ensures travel convenience for passengers before they arrive at the airport.

Air Arabia, the leading low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa, has opened a new City Check-in facility in Dubai at City Centre Al Shindagha. This brings the total number of City Check-in facilities in the UAE to 12, making travel more convenient for passengers.

At the new facility, passengers can drop off their bags and get their boarding passes up to 24 hours before their flight and up to 8 hours before departure. This flexibility allows travelers to plan their journey with ease. Additionally, a bus service connecting the Shindagha City Centre facility with Sharjah International Airport will soon be available.

Operating daily from 10 am to 10 pm, the facility offers services such as purchasing additional baggage allowance, selecting preferred seats, and adjusting flight plans. Passengers flying from Sharjah International Airport can use any of the City Check-in facilities in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman, while those departing from Zayed International Airport can visit the facility in Abu Dhabi.

The new City Check-in service aims to streamline the pre-flight process, saving time and eliminating airport waits. It reflects Air Arabia's commitment to providing affordable and convenient solutions to meet the needs of its passengers.
