Alec Holdings PJSC reported a sharp rise in revenue and profit for the third quarter of 2025, underscoring the company’s strong execution following its recent listing on the Dubai Financial Market.

The contractor posted robust growth across all major segments as project activity accelerated in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Revenue for the first nine months climbed 66 percent year on year to AED 8.9 billion, driven by steady conversion of the company’s backlog and disciplined delivery in sectors such as hotels and data centres. Third quarter revenue rose 82 percent to AED 3.5 billion, marking the company’s strongest quarterly performance to date.

The Building and Construction segment remained the largest contributor, accounting for nearly half of total revenue. It recorded AED 4.8 billion in the first nine months, up 77 percent year on year, while third quarter revenue almost doubled to AED 2 billion. The Energy Solutions segment delivered AED 3.2 billion over the same period, a 75 percent increase supported by major infrastructure projects. Related businesses, including fitout, MEP, data centre solutions, and modular construction, generated AED 2 billion, rising 45 percent year on year.

Profitability strengthened alongside revenue growth. Gross profit rose 56 percent in the first nine months to AED 859 million, while EBITDA reached AED 706 million, up 83 percent. Net profit more than doubled to AED 432 million, with third quarter profit alone increasing 172 percent to AED 193 million.

CEO Barry Lewis said the results highlight the company’s integrated model and strategic focus on high-growth sectors. He noted a strong pipeline of projects, particularly in data centres, supported by national AI strategies and rising hyperscale demand.
