Amaal has partnered with German automotive design icon MANSORY to unveil the MANSORY Residences, a landmark AED 1.8 billion residential tower in Dubai.
This marks MANSORY’s global debut in real estate and brings its signature design aesthetic to the world of ultra-luxury living.
Rising 48 floors in Mohammed Bin Rashid City as part of the Meydan Horizon masterplan, MANSORY Residences will offer a curated collection of one- to three-bedroom units and eight full-floor penthouses. The project, now in advanced design planning, is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028.
Designed in collaboration with MANSORY, the interiors echo the brand’s high-performance automotive heritage. Sculptural detailing, bespoke finishes, and precision craftsmanship are embedded across spaces, from leather-wrapped furnishings and brushed metals to concealed kitchen mechanisms and textured bedroom elements.

Amaal Chairman Abdulla Lahej said the development meets the growing appetite for collectable, design-led properties, pointing to Dubai’s booming luxury market, which recorded $1.9 billion in sales in Q1 2025.
MANSORY Residences will also feature over three floors of premium amenities, including infinity pools, wellness areas, sports facilities, indoor cinema, and exclusive lounges. A dedicated car elevator, showroom-style parking, and vehicle well-keeping services further elevate its automotive-inspired concept.
The tower will be fully integrated with smart home technology, offering residents control over lighting, climate, security, and more. With Dubai ranked among the top global wealth hubs, the project is positioned as both a luxury address and a long-term investment opportunity.
