Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Arab Media Summit 2025 will be held from 26-28 May at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Organised by the Dubai Press Club (DPC), this summit is the Middle East’s largest media thought leadership platform, bringing together 6,000 participants, including prominent political figures, media personalities, and executives from leading Arab and international media organisations.
The summit will feature key events such as the Arab Media Forum (AMF), the Arab Youth Media Forum (AYMF), and the Arab Social Media Influencers Summit (ASMIS). It aims to foster knowledge exchange and dialogue on the media industry's challenges and opportunities.
Dr. Maitha bint Essa Buhumaid, Director of the DPC, highlighted the summit's role in addressing the region's rapidly evolving media landscape, driven by technological advancements. The event will provide a platform for discussing crucial issues and shaping the future of media.
The Arab Media Summit also includes three prestigious awards: the Arab Media Award, the Arab Social Media Influencers Award, and Ibda’a – The Arab Youth Media Award. The latter, introduced last year, aims to recognize and develop a new generation of creative professionals in the Arab media landscape, focusing on new media platforms and technological advancements.
The summit will facilitate a comprehensive dialogue on regional and global media issues, offering valuable insights and fostering collaboration among media professionals worldwide. The event builds on the achievements of the Arab Media Forum, continuing its legacy of addressing significant media developments over the past two decades.
