Arada Unveils AED 5 Billion W Residences at Dubai Harbour

Arada has launched W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a luxurious seafront development featuring three towers and more than 400 branded apartments in collaboration with Marriott International.

The AED 5 billion project, located in one of Dubai’s most sought-after districts, offers residents a premium marina lifestyle with a wide range of world-class amenities and breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline.

Set to be completed in 2027, W Residences will feature a LEED Silver-certified design, ensuring sustainability alongside luxury. The 40-storey complex is inspired by its surroundings, seamlessly integrating the promenade, harbour, and skyline into its architectural vision.

Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, expressed excitement over the project, stating,

“W Residences at Dubai Harbour brings together Arada’s development expertise and the vibrant energy of W Hotels by Marriott International to create a new luxury destination in Dubai.”

Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President at Marriott International, added,

“This collaboration will bring the magnetic lifestyle of the W brand to Dubai Harbour’s desirable waterfront location.”

This marks Arada’s third project in Dubai, following Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah and Jouri Hills at Jumeirah Golf Estates, further solidifying its position in Dubai’s high-end real estate market. The project reflects the growing demand for branded residences in the UAE, combining luxurious living with Marriott’s renowned hospitality expertise.
