Whether trying out Dubai’s newest gourmet dining hall Gastronomy with 17 live cooking stations, or taking home the perfect decadent desserts from Little Venice Cake Company, friends and family alike are invited to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan at Atlantis The Royal.
GASTRONOMY
Guests can look forward to special Ramadan delights at Dubai’s newest gourmet dining hall, Gastronomy. With 17 live cooking stations, four bars, and an enticing array of over 100 delectable dishes, Gastronomy will feature Middle Eastern cuisine throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, including slow-cooked whole lamb ouzi with oriental rice, and roasted mixed nuts, shish taouk, lamb brochette, kofta kebab and lamb chops accompanied with various sauces such as garlic, tahina or harissa, to name a few. Diners can end the evening on a sweet note and choose from a wide variety of Arabic sweets, including zaatar manakish and cheese manakish.

LITTLE VENICE CAKE COMPANY
Little Venice Cake Company at Atlantis The Royal has launched an array of mouth-watering desserts to celebrate Ramadan. Guests can choose from a selection of specially handcrafted desserts such as toffee date cake with salted caramel, featuring layers of soft toffee date with salted caramel buttercream and molten salted caramel drip. Those craving a smaller bite can enjoy a toffee date cupcake with salted caramel and Swiss meringue buttercream, or the Ramadan nougat – light honey nougat with roasted pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, apricots, and cherries.
