Dubai’s Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation, Awqaf Dubai, has officially launched the ‘Talent Endowment’ project in partnership with the Emirates Association for the Talent, aiming to nurture and support gifted UAE citizens.
The initiative underscores a strategic effort to strengthen national competencies and foster innovation among young talent.
The project is being developed on land granted by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, highlighting ongoing leadership support for endowment and humanitarian initiatives.
Valued at AED86.2 million, the integrated investment includes a 125,000-square-foot building with 66 residential units, retail shops, and parking facilities. Construction costs are estimated at AED60 million, with the land valued at AED26.2 million. Located in Al Raffa, the project is officially registered as the ‘Talent Care Endowment,’ and all proceeds will support the Emirates Association for the Talent’s strategic objectives.
