AWQAF Dubai Partners with Parkin to Boost Endowment Investments

In a move to diversify endowment streams and strengthen Dubai’s sustainable humanitarian initiatives, the Dubai Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation (AWQAF Dubai) has announced a strategic partnership with Parkin PJSC.

This collaboration will focus on launching joint investment projects that align with Dubai’s economic agenda.

Under the agreement, AWQAF Dubai will fund the development and construction of multi-storey parking facilities, while Parkin will handle implementation, operation, and management. These projects will provide smart parking solutions, furthering Dubai's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

His Excellency Ali Al Mutawa, Secretary-General of AWQAF Dubai, highlighted the initiative’s role in expanding and diversifying endowment investments.

“Through our partnership with Parkin, we aim to develop impactful projects that enhance endowment assets, generating returns that support Dubai’s economic and social development,”

he said.

Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, expressed pride in the collaboration, emphasizing the company’s focus on delivering smart, sustainable parking solutions.

“We remain committed to leveraging our expertise and technology to diversify endowment investments, enhance returns, and support societal growth,”

he stated.

Parkin, with nearly 30 years of experience, manages a vast network of advanced parking facilities across Dubai. The partnership underscores the company’s dedication to innovation and societal progress.

AWQAF Dubai is currently managing 21 endowment real estate projects worth over AED202 million, including shopping malls, residential buildings, and mosques. These initiatives reflect its commitment to broadening investments and reinforcing the role of endowments in achieving Dubai’s strategic goals.

This partnership marks a significant step in aligning endowment investments with Dubai’s broader vision for economic growth and social development.
