The Bloomberg UAE Capital Markets Forum 2022 is set to welcome local and international government and business leaders in Dubai on 17 March to discuss the UAE’s global growth outlook, IPO boom and road to net zero.
Representatives from the UAE government will include Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General, Expo 2020 Dubai, and Helal Saeed Al Marri, Director General of Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, Member of the Executive Council of Dubai and Director General of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA). Stephanie Flanders, Head of Bloomberg Economics, will join a panel assessing the UAE’s global growth outlook over the next 15 years.
The worlds of business and research will be represented by speakers from ADNOC Group, Etihad Aviation Group, Goldman Sachs, the Peterson Institute for International Economics, Snam, Standard Chartered Bank and Thiel Capital.
The Bloomberg UAE Capital Markets Forum 2022 will assess the economic impact of the UAE’s expanding trade relationships with fast-growth Asian and African economies, the anticipated boom in IPO activity through listings of state-owned companies, and the country’s commitment to a net-zero goal and hosting the COP28 climate conference in 2023.
The Bloomberg UAE Capital Markets Forum 2022 takes place at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai on 17 March 2022. The event will be moderated by the Manus Cranny, Anchor of Daybreak Middle East and Europe.
