Brand Dubai has unveiled a new Ramadan Recipes Guide bringing together chefs, restaurants, and cafes from across the emirate to showcase Dubai’s diverse culinary identity during the Holy Month.

Developed under the citywide Ramadan in Dubai programme, the initiative highlights homegrown talent while offering residents and cooking enthusiasts a curated collection of dishes inspired by local traditions and global flavours.

Created by Brand Dubai, the guide features around 40 recipes spanning appetisers, main courses, desserts, and baked goods. The collection blends Emirati and Gulf heritage with Arabic and international influences, reflecting Dubai’s multicultural food landscape.

Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, said the initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to support entrepreneurs and spotlight creative success stories emerging from Dubai’s food and beverage sector. She noted that the guide aims to strengthen the visibility of homegrown businesses while embracing Ramadan values of sharing and generosity.

The project was developed in collaboration with participants from the Proudly from Dubai network, an initiative dedicated to promoting locally founded businesses and creative talent. Project Manager Khawla Al Hashmi said the guide prioritised cultural diversity by including chefs and venues representing multiple backgrounds, offering a Ramadan experience that balances authenticity with innovation.

Contributing chefs include Emirati culinary figures such as Ayesha Khoory, Halima Bahlooq, Abdulrahman Lootah, Ahmad Al Fardan, and the Alghfeli Sisters, alongside international chefs including Ali Yazdi, Kyung Moon, Saqib Ali, Akmal Anuar, and Gregoire Berger. Participating venues range from People and D’lish to Somewhere, The Solenn, and Hattan Bistro & Cafe.

Featuring healthy and easy-to-prepare dishes suited for Iftar and Suhoor, the guide forms part of broader efforts to enrich Ramadan through creative content that encourages family connection and shared dining experiences while reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global culinary hub.
