Brand Dubai Launches Second Edition of #RamadanInDubai Campaign to Celebrate the Spirit of the Holy Month
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Media Council (DMC), and Brand Dubai have launched the second edition of the #RamadanInDubai campaign.
This innovative initiative, which involves government, semi-government, and private sector partners, aims to highlight the city’s unique Ramadan celebrations and showcase its rich Emirati traditions.
The campaign is designed to bring together a variety of events, activities, and initiatives, enriching the Ramadan experience for both residents and visitors. Her Excellency Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson of the Dubai Media Council, emphasized the campaign's alignment with the UAE's ‘Year of Community’ initiative, aiming to strengthen cooperation and celebrate shared experiences.
"The campaign reflects Dubai’s growing global profile as a model for diversity, inclusivity, and tolerance,"
she said.
Brand Dubai’s efforts are made possible through strong partnerships with various entities, including the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Police. New initiatives this year include transforming Dubai’s roads with Ramadan-themed decorations, welcoming visitors with special stamps on their passports, and launching the 'Best Decorated Ramadan Homes' competition with Ferjan Dubai.
The city will be alive with light installations, cultural performances, and festive markets, while residents and visitors can enjoy iftar and suhoor at iconic locations. The campaign also emphasizes community-driven humanitarian initiatives, including providing meals for those in need and encouraging acts of kindness.
#RamadanInDubai offers a captivating blend of culture, compassion, and celebration, promising unforgettable experiences throughout the Holy Month.
