H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, accompanied by H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture, inaugurated the Burj Rashid Exhibition at the Al Safa Art & Design Library.

Organised by Dubai Culture under the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy and supported by the Sikka Platform, the exhibition celebrates the 45th anniversary of Burj Rashid and marks the launch of the ‘Dubai Series’ initiative.

Running until May 2, the exhibition highlights Burj Rashid's pivotal role in Dubai's architectural, social, and economic evolution. It pays tribute to the vision of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum and the leadership that has positioned Dubai as a global hub.

Over 30 artists contributed to the exhibition, presenting diverse works inspired by Burj Rashid. Highlights include Dr. Aref Alshaikh's poem ‘Burj Rashid,’ Sheikha Wafa bint Hasher Al Maktoum’s photograph ‘Ramadan Cannon at Burj Rashid,’ and Abdulraheem Salim’s painting ‘Burj Rashid at Night.’ Generative AI creations by the REALIITY Collective and innovative designs like ‘Burj Rashid Font’ by Hind Khalid and Jasim Alnaqbi also stand out.

The exhibition, supported by government and private entities, showcases Dubai's cultural vibrancy through collaborative efforts. It reinforces Burj Rashid’s status as a symbol of resilience, creativity, and ambition.
