CABSAT and Integrate Middle East (Integrate ME) are set to return to the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from 13 to 15 May 2025, bringing together global leaders in media, broadcast, satellite, content creation, Pro AV, and technology. Co-located once again, these flagship events will explore the innovations and trends shaping the future of their respective industries.

Marking its 31st edition, CABSAT will welcome more than 450 exhibitors and 18,000 attendees, providing a platform for professionals to engage in cutting-edge discussions, demonstrations, and networking. As the Middle East’s leading event for content, satellite, and entertainment technology, CABSAT 2025 will feature a dynamic mix of industry veterans and new market entrants.

New exhibitors such as Nordlys and Stype will join returning brands like First Gulf Company, Akratek, and Advanced Media Trading, reflecting a strong international presence.

A key highlight is the return of the Content Congress, themed “Where Insights Ignite Change—Shaping the New Narrative of Media for the 21st Century.” The forum will host 150+ global speakers, covering critical topics including:

  • The role of AI in the Middle East media landscape
  • The rise of esports in broadcasting
  • The growth of the Arab box office

The Content Congress aims to deliver actionable insights and spark dialogue around the shifting dynamics of content creation and distribution.

Now in its third edition, Integrate Middle East is the region’s only event dedicated to the Pro AV and media technology sector. It will showcase advanced IoT- and AI-powered solutions, immersive audiovisual technology, and digital signage innovations catering to industries including education, hospitality, entertainment, and retail.

Integrate ME 2025 will feature:

  • Emerging exhibitors like IPS Mena and Hohem Tech
  • Returning global leaders such as Unilumin, Godox, Neewer, and Leyard

The event will also host interactive product launches, industry workshops, and seminars aimed at professionals seeking best practices and business intelligence in an evolving digital communication landscape.

The Middle East Pro AV market is expected to reach US$ 22.7 million by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 6.9% from 2023 to 2030, driven by increased demand for wireless solutions and immersive technologies.

According to industry projections, the global entertainment sector is expected to generate US$ 2.6 trillion in revenue by 2025, growing at a 5% CAGR since 2020, and accelerating to a 10.6% CAGR through 2030, reaching US$ 4.41 billion. This growth underscores the increasing significance of content and digital technologies, both of which will be central themes at CABSAT and Integrate ME.

Alex Nicholl, Vice President of New Industries at DWTC, emphasised the events’ importance, stating:

“CABSAT and Integrate Middle East have firmly established themselves as key platforms for professionals, innovators, and industry leaders to connect, collaborate, and shape the future of the media, broadcast, satellite, and Pro AV industries. These sectors are evolving at an unprecedented pace, and this year’s editions will highlight groundbreaking technologies and trends redefining content creation, distribution, and immersive experiences.”

Together, CABSAT 2025 and Integrate ME 2025 are set to play a vital role in advancing digital transformation, fostering global partnerships, and driving measurable business growth across multiple verticals. Industry stakeholders can expect an immersive experience designed to unlock innovation and strategic collaboration on a global scale.
