While 38% of respondents ensure a clear separation between work and personal life, 25.4% prioritize open communication about their career commitments, and 19.7% focus on spending quality time with their partners. Despite demanding jobs, 46.2% of professionals reported that their careers had no major impact on their relationships. Meanwhile, 26.9% said their jobs strengthened their personal lives by providing financial stability and career growth, while 15.4% admitted that long hours and workplace stress had put a strain on their relationships.
