This holiday season, Carine, the beloved French-Mediterranean restaurant in Emirates Golf Club, is delighted to invite guests to indulge in a series of elegant festive dining experiences and celebrations, paired with lively entertainment and spectacular fireworks show to welcome 2025.
Guests can expect to indulge in delicious seasonal dishes such as Whole Roasted Chicken with Perigeux Sauce, Foie Gras and Truffle, Plateau de Fruits de Mer (seafood platter), Foie Gras Terrine with Homemade Balsamic Reduction, Served with Cherry Chutney and Toasted Brioche, Rigatoni with Truffle or Caviar, King Crab Salad with Truffle Dressing, Pan-seared Scallops with Seaweed Butter Sauce, Saffron Risotto with Veal Shank, and many more.
Christmas (December 24th and 25th)
Offering a perfect ambience against stunning golf club and Marina views, whimsically decorated tables, and a live DJ, guests can gather their family and loved ones for a delightful Christmas Eve dinner at Carine.
Diners can enjoy classic and most-loved dishes at Carine, such as Snails with Parsley Butter and Anchovies, Tuna Tartare with Truffle Dressing, and Lobster Linguine with Fresh Cherry Tomato Sauce. Meanwhile, diners can pop a Champagne or enjoy Carine’s classic cocktails like The Bourbon Bliss, Espresso Martini, The Zen Serenity, and many more.
For Christmas Day, Carine will feature a special à la carte menu for lunch and dinner with a live DJ for a merrier atmosphere. There will be no minimum spend on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, allowing families and friends to celebrate without constraints.

Meanwhile, Carine promises an exciting and unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration. Embracing the masquerade theme, guests are encouraged to don their finest attire and expect a night of elegance and non-stop entertainment.
Carine’s talented violinist will serenade guests from 8:00pm until 10:30pm and a DJ from 9:30pm until late. Additionally, guests can also look forward to a first-class seat at the mesmerising fireworks show at Emirates Golf Club.

The celebration at Carine continues through New Year’s Day, offering guests the chance to enjoy the special festive menu for lunch and dinner with no minimum spend required.
