This March, Chaos Kart, the one-of-a-kind live-action go-karting experience, zooms onto the streets of Dubai for the first time after gaining popularity in the UK. Located in Al Quoz, the part-gaming, part-karting event uses state-of-the-art technology to get you racing in real life.
Chaos Karts takes gaming to the next level by bridging the gap between the virtual and physical worlds and immersing you in it. Think of digital projections around you with an augmented reality experience without needing a headset or personal screens. Just you, your kart, and the virtual track!
The experience includes a variety of track designs, from the Arabian desert to the cosmos, and many more, an entirely reactive and drivable electric kart, and, most importantly, usable in-kart power-ups and weapons that will allow you to ‘battle’ right up to the finish line. The karts also include built-in collision-reduction technology so players can satisfy their need for speed without any safety concerns during the 20-minute circuit. Visitors can compete against fellow players by collecting jewels and power-ups, including laser guns, hammers, speed boosts, bombs, and the dreaded EMP.
Furthermore, players can enhance their experience by engaging in more fun and challenging games such as a laser maze, target shooting maze, zip-line, and more in The Cube, Chaos Karts Dubai’s dedicated immersive game space. Finally, guests can tuck into treats at the Chaos Karts Cafe to cap off the adrenaline-packed experience.
Ticket sales began on January 10th, and they will be available through Fever, the leading entertainment discovery platform, helping millions of people every week to discover the best experiences in their cities with a mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment in real life.
