The Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZ), in partnership with Fakeeh Health, has launched the emirate’s first Fakeeh Smart Clinic, introducing an innovative, tech-enabled healthcare model to support the well-being of over 21,000 employees within the free zone.
The clinic, located inside DAFZ, is the first of its kind by Fakeeh Health in Dubai and forms part of a broader initiative by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) to offer advanced services that enhance quality of life across its zones.
The inauguration was led by Amna Lootah, Director General of DAFZ, and Dr. Mohaymen Abdelghany, CEO of Fakeeh University Hospital, with senior representatives from both entities in attendance.
Designed as a fully connected care hub, the Fakeeh Smart Clinic provides access to a network of medical specialists using advanced diagnostics and digital consultations, eliminating the need for in-person hospital visits.
Lootah said the clinic reflects DAFZ’s commitment to creating a future-ready, investor-friendly environment that promotes both economic growth and employee welfare.
Dr. Abdelghany highlighted the clinic as a milestone in Fakeeh Health’s push toward smarter, patient-focused healthcare, aligning with Dubai’s wider digital transformation goals.
The initiative reinforces DIEZ’s efforts to build resilient, smart infrastructure across its economic zones while supporting the UAE government’s drive to digitize essential services.
