The National Health Insurance Company – Daman has announced an extension of working hours at its branches to accommodate a higher volume of customers during the grace period for violators.
This initiative aims to streamline the process of rectifying customer status and ensure efficient service delivery.
Starting Monday, 9th December, the company's main branch in Abu Dhabi, along with branches in Musaffah and Al Ain, will operate from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 17:00 on weekends. The extended hours are designed to reduce waiting times and improve customer satisfaction, offering a more convenient time window for individuals to visit the branches.
Daman has also encouraged Basic Plan members to utilize the company’s digital platforms for service access. Renewal and enrolment services for individual and small group customers can be accessed through the Daman and Thiqa mobile apps, as well as the company’s website. By opting for online services, customers can avoid long wait times and manage their needs from the comfort of their homes.
For small group members, the website remains the primary platform for obtaining renewal services or enrolling new members in the Basic Plan.
This move is part of Daman’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience by addressing the growing demand more efficiently, ensuring that services are delivered promptly and effectively during the grace period.
